The SlabShot provides AI-assisted identification, pricing estimates, and listing generation for collectible items including trading cards, coins, Funko Pops, and sports cards. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with tiered access levels.

The SlabShot provides AI-generated pricing estimates based on publicly available market data. These estimates are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. Actual market values may vary significantly. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of pricing information provided by the Service.
You acknowledge that collectibles markets are volatile and that any listing prices you set based on The SlabShot estimates are entirely your own decision and responsibility.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused subscription periods. Scan quotas reset monthly on your billing date and do not roll over.
The SlabShot and all related technology, code, design, and content are the exclusive property of The SlabShot, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any images you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process those images solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The SlabShot, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The SlabShot, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
